Oh dear... I wonder how long it took to find a mechanic willing to deal with that...
I do not think you can pressure wash that out.
For the record:
The car at the top is an M6 not a Z4.
Nor is the accident car a Z4. It is an E90 3 series. Probably a 320d (diesel). Probably a sedan.
